Jennifer, childcare - ST16 Stafford

Hi my name is Jenn, I'm looking for part-time/ full-time work with flexibility as I am studying part-time to be a massage therapist.

I am a hard working, empathic individual, with enthusiasm, initiative and a positive attitude to work. I thrive when I'm in an active job role and when caring for others. I also hold a full driving license.

I've had 2 years experience working as a support worker supporting adults with learning and mental disabilities and I think this experience has given me the skills I would need to work with children.
I have had experience caring for family members aged between 1-10, and have also done volunteering abroad at an orphanage in India teaching English and numerous primary schools in the UK helping out where needed.

I love to plan arts and crafts activities letting children develop their creativity and dexterity. I also enjoy cooking activities, and playing outdoors. Social interaction for children is really important so I would be willing and ready to take children to activities outside the home with the parents permission, for example to the local park, to playgroups, to activity centers and swimming.
