Jade, childcare in Stevenage SG1

Hello my name is jade and I am 22 years old. I currently work as a deputy manager in a busy preschool working with children aged 2-5. I started there as an apprentice and have since completed my level 2 and level 3 nvq diploma in childcare. I also hold other certificates such as first aid, safeguarding, child protection and speech and language short course, I also hold a certificate in STEPS training.

I am very enthusiastic in my job role and I absolutely adore working with children of all ages. I have experience in following the eyfs which means I also have experience in planning activities in order to help children progress and learn. I strongly believe that all children deserve a positive and happy environment.

I believe myself as a fun, kind and hardworking childcarer. I believe that patience is key when working with children, and with a smile anything is possible :)
