Amanda, childcare in Sunderland SR1

I am currently working as a teaching assistant in a nursery. In this role I provide care and education for children through regular assessments using written commutation and various ICT facilities.
I also Work in the fast food industry providing excellent customer service skills to the general public. I provide this either face to face or taking high levels of calls from customers ensuring their queries are dealt with accurately and efficiently.
When I left school I began my work experience Working for Linderly catering as a kiosk assistant and progressed to a team leader. Here I demonstrated high levels of customer service and supporting colleagues to ensure that the high level is maintained.
I would consider myself to have a very good knowledge of ICT skills as on a daily basis I use various programs such as the internet and all Microsoft Office programs.
I would consider myself to be a very enthusiast person with a very positive out look on life. I feel like I am a very friendly person and find it easy to get along with any one.
I absolutely love to clean. I feel a sense of achievement when my environment is very clean.
