Katie, childcare - TA20 Chard

I am 20 and am returning from travelling after three months. Prior to this I worked in a primary school for 1 year and 2 terms. During this time I assisted in the classroom; led intervention groups in the afternoon for maths and literacy and ran after school clubs for Dance and Gymnastics. I am an active person; In March I completed the 10k Rock Solid Challenge and am aiming to push myself to a half marathon in the future. I have a strong interest in performing arts; I achieved an A in Drama and Theatre Studies; a B in Dance and a B in English Literature at A Level. I hold a Grade 5 Trinity College certificate in Singing. I also have a basic understanding of playing the piano. I enjoy cooking and baking in my spare time and would be happy to do this. I was part of Chard Goldstar Majorettes for 11 years; during the later years I assisted in training children aged 4-18. I also have experience of baby sitting family member and friends. I hold a clean driving licence; a Disclosure and Barring certificate and a FAA Level 2 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work.
