Laura has worked for The Fellowship of St Nicholas (FSN a registered charity supporting children and families) since 2012. During this time Laura has worked first as a level 3 childcare apprentice then a full time nursery practitioner in2014. Laura was soon promoted to St Nick’s Nursery Acting Baby room Supervisor. Laura left us in Dec 2015, but remained as a sessional worker available on Friday's only. Laura’s responsibilities included assisting the Manager in maintaining OFSTED Regulations and Standards, helping with the setting and clearing up of the nursery, working within the timetable and rotas set by the Nursery Manager, assisting in creative and general play activities following the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum, assist in providing a safe suitable and stimulating environment for children attending the nursery, the preparation of snacks, meals and in the cleaning of the nursery and all nursery equipment, assisting in monitoring records, being responsible for allocated staff, volunteers and room duties, building and developing relationships with parents and carers. I would recommend Laura for a nursery position or similar and found her to be professional, polite and enthusiastic.
