Caitlin, childcare - TS4 Middlesbrough

Hi, my name is Caitlin and I'm 18 years old. In my free time I take part in a dancing class, in which I do shows and performances. I am also a go to babysitter for many of my family members and have been babysitting for them since I was 15. In 2014-2015 I did a childcare course in Middlesbrough college, in the time I did a year long placement in which 2 days out of the week I would go to a nursery for placement in which I learnt a lot of skills necessary for looking after children ages 0-4 years old, I learnt how to keep them entertained doing activities such as reading books, painting, singing nursery rhymes, and playing dress up. I also know what do when a child has a tantrum, I'm also very good at caring for children. As a child carer I like to make sure I keep the children entertained with lots of fun activities to do and I also like to make sure any preferences parents give I carry out.
