Indie, childcare in Tunstall ST6

My name is Indie , I am currently working in a day nursery doing 40hrs per week as an apprentice. I have been working there for 25 months. I adore my job as I love working with children, now I am coming towards the end of my apprenticeship I feel that I need to move on in my career and be noticed for my hard work.
I am a very bubbly and lively person and the children I am currently working with enjoy my company and bounce of my energy. When working with children I feel it is very important to have a bubbly personality and not be afraid to feel ‘silly’ and ‘fun’ as I have found from experience that children respond best to that kind of person.
I find it very easy to adapt to different situations for example, being with the children and making their experience at a nursery very enjoyable and fun and then dealing with a serious situation and handling it well and quickly.
