Sophie, childcare - TW19 Stanwell

I am a kind and caring young lady, I have a natural ability to communicate with children of all age groups. My love for working with children started when my parents begun fostering, this inspired me to work with children. I have professional experience of working in a primary school, where I worked as a key worker and teaching assistant for two years. As a key worker I worked with a group of 11 children aged 3 to 4. My job was to help these children develop and learn in line with the EYFS framework, I also guided them in all aspects of there learning. I also worked as a teaching assistant and took small groups of children of all ages teaching them rapid reading and working on areas of their learning they required improvement on. As my parents foster I am regularly CRB checked. I am trained in rapid reading and precision teaching and phonics. I am also first aid trained. I am looking to work with a lovely family seeking an energetic and kind hearted nanny.
