Emily, childcare in Upton CH2

Hello I am a 23 year old female and I really enjoy working in the childcare sector, especially when I can work with a beautiful and welcoming family. I have been able to work in a variety of settings including domicillary and educational, my jobs in childcare have allowed me to work with different children in different ratios. I worked with a child who had numerous and profound disabilities as a personal care assistant/nanny for 3 years, I then worked with this child as a 1:1 in a specialist needs school and worked with the other children in the class whilst there. I worked as a general teaching assistant since then I'm the same school in a variety of classes including ASC and SLD. whilst working in the school I became a childminder for children in two families one child who was severely disabled and one family who had 2 children with emotional and behavioural difficulties due to a harmful start to life. I am able to plan for all occasions including birthday parties ad phonics development sessions, little scares me in childcare due to the experience I have been given. I am looking to be a part of your home and work Monday to Friday full time wether that be 10 hour days or the minimum of 6, I am available to look after your little ones in the evenings and do overnight or weekend shifts aslong as they are agreed upon in advance.
