I have little experience in this field of work although I mind my 5 year old cousin, from an early age, several times a week. I have also done several days work experiance in a local nursery which in that I had to create, run and evaluate how succesful activities were. I have a level 2 qualifacation in Health and Social care. I am confident an friendly and love to spend my time with my cousin as watching her grow and develop her own little personality is so rewarding. I think in this field of work you have to be active to keep a childs mind occupied so they don't get bored.I would love to work with a family. I am 17 years of age an will be turning 18 in April, although I am young I have had experiance from a young age, I hope my age is not a downfall for my application. I think my best quality for this rain of work is that I am very care free and me acting like a child but obviously professional and not taking it to far is vital to building trusting relationships, house work, cooking and bedtimes are not an issue.
