Molly, childcare in Westgate on sea CT8

Hello my name is Molly and I am twenty years old .I am passionate about looking after children and ensuring they reach their full potential but I do this through games and activities.I am fun, understanding, a good listener and bubbly.I have my paediatric first aid and I am a qualified level 3 Early Years Practicioner, I am currently at university part-time studying special educational needs and inclusion studies.I communicate effectively with parents and carers if the children and if there is anything in particular they would like me to do I will ensure I do it.I encourage children to explore the environment around them through messy play and imaginative play.As a nursery practicioner I took children into the mud kitchen, read them stories and carried out arts and crafts with them.
