Hello, I'm a first year university student and would like to get more experience working with children as eventually I'd like to specialise my career on focusing on helping children. I've worked with children in a holiday club for the past 3 years and will be able to provide references if required. I love working with children and often babysit my cousins and younger sister. I like helping them with their homework and playing games with them so that they don't feel as though they are being monitored on everything they do but rather have a friend who's looking after them. I have had a DBS check as was required for my previous job and for my university entry but should you wish me to obtain another, please bear in mind that I would not be responsible for the costs (Simply because they are expensive and I'm a student so I can't really afford it, plus, I already have two). I'm fun, kind, easy going, can be strict when I need to be, hard working, dedicated and most of all, caring! If you'd like to get to know a bit more about me, please don't hesitate to contact me. I'd prefer emails or texts to begin with as I'm usually in lectures or in the library (being so close to exam time) but after a message to just let me know, I'll be happy to arrange a time to call! Thanks very much for looking!
Occasional babysitting | $7.00 per hour |
Partial / after-school care | $5.00 per hour |
I'm just looking for a reasonable, negotiable rate, depending on the workload required. I'm a university student so will need to keep that in mind when agreeing care dates, times and rates.
Hina can provide references from recent employers
