Amy, childcare - WV1 Wolverhampton

My name is Amy, I am 20 years old and I am a family entertainer and singer from Wolverhampton. I am extremely friendly, fun and organised. I like to ensure all work is done before playtime (especially homework and chores!) however incorporating work with fun is what I try to achieve. I love to have fun as much as the children do! I like to be very imaginative with the children as I find this is both fun, creative and encourages them to think outside the box. I have two younger siblings myself and I am used to looking after them from a young age, especially my 5 year old sister who is an oncology patient, therefore has to have regular medicines and needs to be watched attentively.

I am flexible when it comes to childcare, however I do limit myself to two under 5's at any one time.

I have worked in holiday parks and children's play centres for the past 4 years and have a lot of experience working with and entertaining children of all ages. At the most recent holiday park I worked for last year we had separate children's clubs for different ages. I worked a lot in the 0-5's soft play and crèche like area, running activities like sing-a-long, imaginary play, sensory play, teddy bears picnic and more. For the older children I organised activities including obstacle courses, circus skills and star academy (singing lessons) so I like to think I have varied games for all ages!!

I have 8x GCSE's and college level qualifications therefore am always willing to assist with primary and secondary school homework. I also have a full UK driving license and can do school pick up and drop offs.
