Lauren, childcare - WV11 Wood hayes

I am Lauren, 15 years old. Currently In year 11. Have a work as a paper girl, which I do weeky. I adore looking after children and I have 3 younger siblings of my own and there ages are the youngest is 1 and the other two being both 11. During when mom is at work or in genural I help around the house and with the children. And house tidying that includes emptying and loading the washing machine, tumble dryer, loading the dish washer, folding and distributing washing putting it in the correct places.hoovering and mopping ect. I enjoy watching children and helping them grow and learn as an individual. As having a younger sister I have helped out a lot with. I think it is important for young children and older ones to find there own independence and confidence at an early age. I tend to let the children play as they please providing its safe and suitable for them and there age.
