Samantha, childminder in Accrington

Hello my name is Samantha , I am 24 years old. At college I studied health and social care and early years for two years. The first year was an entry level and the second year was level one. For the past five years I have been working within the care setting for the elderly and adults with learning disabilities. From 2011 - 2015 I worked at beach house residential care home which is a supported living home. My main duties included supporting with daily activities, supporting with medication, supporting with house duties cleaning, cooking and laundry, supporting with money and supporting on health visits to hospital, dentists and doctors.
In 2012 I worked in palace house care home for 6 months as a bank care assistant covering shifts for people on leave unfortunately no more hours we're available for me to stay.
In 2015 - 2016 I worked at white ash brook nursing home as a care assistant, I left due to having another job to which after my notice ended I didn't get as new staff already started my main duties included, assisting with person care, washing, dressing, assisting at meal times, cleaning, laundry.
The only eexperience in childcare I have had is babysitting for family and family friends which I did a lot throughout high school and college and occasionally do now for my niece.
I can be crb checked. I have no criminal charges
I also have my nvq 2 which I did whilst working as a support worker
I am willing to work any hours, I'm honest, outgoing, work well alone and as part of a team, follow instructions, good timekeeping.
