Blerina, childminder in Alexandra park N22

Hi all, I am an Ofsted registered childminder and live in N13 spencer Avenue. I began the childcare journey about 7 years ago with the aim is to support every child throughout their first steps in life including, socializing, communication, learning and development stages and encourage talents. I started my own business so I can slowly progress into a nursery. I have three children myself at ages of G15, G11, B7 and they are my pride and joy. My daughter has a grade 5 in piano so if your child would like to learn to play nursery rhymes she can teach them.
I have worked as a nursery nurse for nearly 6 years. I have experience of assessing, planing and reviewing children's needs and ensuring they reach their full potential. I offer childcare in a safe and homely setting with opportunities to provide one to one support such as homework support. Also offer a variety of daily activities such as painting, lego games, puzzles, little quizzes and other challenges that stimulate and develop each individual child, focusing on their individual needs and preferences and highly respecting diversity.

Recently updated knowledge through a Full week training with childminding agency including: learning and development, Safeguarding and child protection, first aid, keeping parents and children happy by running a successful business.

DBS checked. Recently finished an Anti Radicalisation course as well. I hold a level 2 certificate in food and hygiene. I am inspected by Ofsted as childminder. I have completed a CACHE level 3 Diploma for Children and Young People Workforce whilst working part time in a nursery setting. I recently graduated after completing a Bachelors Honours degree in Education.
