I currently work as a sous chef in the kitchens of the Bush Inn, a busy restaurant in St Hillary. When I started in the kitchens in October 2014, I was employed as a temporary dishwasher. However, my enthusiasm and commitment resulted in me rapidly being taken on full time as a sous chef. Whilst I enjoy this role, I want to pursue my desire to work with children. This desire is shown in my qualifications and I now feel that this is the right time to change roles and to develop my career in childcare.
I am a confident person who makes sure that every task that I undertake is completed on time to a high standard. Punctuality is one of my strong points; I work well as part of a team on my own as I am highly motivated to succeed in any role. I have achieved an A* on CACHE Level 2 and have successfully achieved CACHE Level 3 both in childcare. I work well with children and all feedback that I have received in this area is very positive.
