Shazia, childminder - G72 High blantyre

I am a mother of 2 children, one boy and one girl who are 20 and 24 and a Mini Yorkie called Troy. I am a registered childminder and also registered with CSMA. I live in Blantyre. I have a bubbly personality and a great passion for working with children. I have 6 years of experience working with children in a nursery setting from 6 months to 5 years of age. I decided to open my own childminding business because I believe children have the same opportunity to thrive in a home environment.
I am loving to children and am very keen on their learning. I believe the early years are the most important years to child development, and I feel proud when I am part of that learning path. In my experience, when a child starts, as their key worker, I am there with them every step of the way to make sure their needs, choices, and comfort are met. I have a great bond with parents, and that is the key when a parent trusts and leaves their children with comfort.
