Shania, childminder - IG1 Ilford

Hello. My name is Shania , I am 20 years old. I have just newly qualified in my childcare nvq level 3. However have been working in a private nursery setting for 4 years as a room leader with a variety of age groups from babies to toddlers. I have gained a lot of experience with activity planning and helping children further develop. I have worked closely with a number of people to help me improve my knowledge about children and the development of children. I am very friendly yet firm with young children and like to also have fun by doing stimulating educational activities. I am very enthusiastic about my current job and put my all into what I do, I do not like to dissapoint. I like to keep a good healthy relationship with parents and carers and always keep them up to date on their child's development. I thinking having a good relationship is key and working together.
