Welcome to Ayse’s Childminding. I’m Ayse , and I’ve been childminding since 2004. In 2015 I decided to take a little break from childminding and pursue work in the care sector, however in 2016 I decided to come back in to childcare, where my heart is at. Between 2004 and 2015, I have cared for a number of children whose parents are more than happy to provide references.
I am Ofsted registered and I’m also a funded childminder. A funded childminder is able to look after children (3, 4 and qualifying 2-year old’s) on government funded places. As part of my Ofsted registration I am also DBS cleared, Safeguarding and first aid trained. I hold various qualifications relating to childcare that I have completed throughout the years, and I continue to update my childcare knowledge to give children the best possible start in life.
Previous customers of mine have said that I provide an excellent quality care setting for children, in a friendly, stimulating and safe home environment.
My main aim is to encourage and enable children develop quickly in their early years and do all that I can to ensure that they have the best possible start in life.
My son is 8-year-old and a fun-loving child who loves to read, arts and crafts, music, playing on his computer and playing outside. He loves playing with the mindee’s and teaching them how to do new things.
My husband is Omer and he is my assistant. Omer is DBS cleared, first aid trained, safeguarding trained and speaks fluent Turkish and basic German.
Maya is our 10-month-old Cat. Maya is a house cat and is very friendly and loves to play. You can normally find her sat at the top of her scratch post either asleep or being nosy out of the window, or she’ll be somewhere upstairs asleep, her favourite place to sleep upstairs is under one of the beds.
Maya loves nothing more than attention and especially from the children, she loves children and will often come for attention.
My childcare related qualifications are listed below:
