Hi! My name is Lucy. I am a twenty two year old from Dartford and I love children. During my time across sixth form and university I worked as a children's party host at Becket Sport Centre. It allowed me to engage with children on a weekly basis. I would play games with them, do face painting and join them on the bouncy castle during parties. I am one of three children in my family. I have a twenty one year old sister and a twelve year old sister. Due to the age gap between myself and my youngest sibling, I am accustomed to keeping a child entertained and helping with homework. I matured very early as at twelve years old I had a newborn sibling. I remember loving looking after her when she was small. Outside from my family and work experience. I often babysit for my Mum's friends who have children ranging from newborn to secondary school age. I am mainly looking for babysitting responsibilities and part time care, but would be open to day visits and potentially becoming an au pair. I am a warm friendly individual. I am patient. I like getting stuck in helping the kids with their homework. I feel this is pretty natural as I am currently studying at university to become an English teacher. I am in my second year of my degree at Greenwich University. I study English Literature with Creative Writing. I intend to do a PGCE after I graduate. I hope to either become a primary school teacher or teach English around the world as a second language. So I most likely will volunteer to read your child a bedtime story. I am also a massive fan of animals so if you have those too, I will gladly keep them company.
