Jo, childminder in Stourbridge DY8

I am a registered childminder and have 15 years experiance. I have cared for numerous children of all ages mostly long term until they reach school age. Most families return on their 2nd child. I am a very bubbly person live with my son and pets. I love the children to be at home when in my care but I am firm but fair. I am constantly updating my knowledge by attending any courses relivent to my business. I drive a 7 seater car and have business use to transport the children. I am fully insured public liability insurance is available to see as is my portfolio with all my policies. I am very approachable, easy to talk to with parents and children in my care. References can be given from parents and older children if requested. I adore my job and love children. I take pride in what each individual child achieves and my goal is to help towards their health and well being. Meeting their goals and encouraging them to do well and being someone who they can trust. I have meetings with parents daily to talk about anything that may of arisen or just to pass on any information what the child has been doing. On occasion when a child has needed outside help I have been involved with outside agencies. Nothing is too much trouble for the children in my care they are apart of my life and treat them like my own
