Amanda, childminder - ME10 Kemsley

Hello! I'm Amanda. I am an 'Outstanding' graded Ofsted registered childminder, and also Quality Assured. I am able to offer the 15 hours government funded childcare for 3 and 4 year olds (I will also be offering the 30 hours funded for eligible families from September 2017) aswell as the free for 2 scheme. . My last inspection report with Ofsted was in October 2013, and my grading is Outstanding.

I live with my husband and our 7 year old son, on the Chandlers Croft estate near Kemsley Fields in Sittingbourne. Currently, I care for children from 8 months old upwards. My husband is registered as my assistant.

I have a large living room and conservatory to be used as playrooms during minded hours which provides access to a large assortment of toys, books and resources. I have a safe and secure garden with slide, playhouse with toy kitchen inside, sand/water pit, and lots of bikes, scooters, hula hoops, balls etc.. I am lucky enough to live within close walking distance to 2 new play areas that we explore regularly throughout the week.

We reguarly visit the childrens centre in Milton for play sessions, library, country parks, cyclopark, soft play, and more, dependant on interests of the children and weather permitting.

I am open from 7am to 6pm however times may be negotiable outside of these. I am registered for overnight care for 2 children from 3months upwards.

I currently drop off and collect from Regis Manor School and Iwade school Monday to Friday.

I use a secure online system called Baby's Days that interacts with parents for daily diaries, photos, invoicing, and learning journeys so you can track your child's progress at any time.
