Alena, childminder in Portslade BN41

Dear sir or madam,

my name is Alena and I´m from Czech Republic. I am 25 years old. I´m looking for a childcare job. My motivation for this job is working with children and to improve my English as well. I am currently living in Portslade. Originally I´am from a small town (Klatovy) in the wester part of the Czech Republic. I have been in the UK for 1 years and 4 months.

I´am by nature communicative, optimistic and easy-going. I truly enjoy being aroung children and I also have an experience with working as an au-pair. I was working as an au-pair for one year. :)

Although I love animals. My favourite animal is a dog. Since I was growing up, I´ve been visiting my uncle, who is living in countryside and has an animal farm with many domestic animals.

I am very good at cleaning, althought I must admit I don´t particularly enjoy it Of course, I am willing to clean your house, but to be honest I am looking for a job with kids and not as a cleaner, so I am looking for a family who will be fair to me and let me enjoy the children more than hoover :). I will play board games with your children, take them to the park, swimming, cycling, draw the pictures for/with them. Anything. Also, I completed first aid training and have a certificate from Czech Red Cross.

I have basic cooking skills, but as baking is one of my hobbies, I´d be happy to bake various pastries, cakes or biscuits for the whole family. I also have an experience with baking semi-professionally.

I have a driving license and I used to drive every day, when I was au-pair. I´m willing to drive or accompany your children to school, back home as well as to their other activities (sports, practice etc.)
