Hiya :)
My name is Roisin (Rose), I'm 26, and my family are of a English and Irish heritage.

Currently waiting for my ofsted registered nanny.

Me and my partner of 8 years have one beautiful young daughter who I am very proud of and We own our home in rubery which we purchased in November 2013.

I am seeking extra work to support our family financially as I have reduced my hours at work to part time so I can be with our daughter. I am Available day times, evenings and weekends. We are lucky as we have childcare help from grandparents and friends.

I currently work for the council in children's services as a childrens and family supervision & intervention worker. I also work part time as a nanny and have done for 8 years. I have looked after twins of 3 years old for a year and a half before the family moved away from the Midlands. I currently babysit and nanny for a 13month, 4, 5 year old at my house, a 11 year old.

I can provide written and verbal references on request.

In my role in the council I support families with routines and boundaries, children with low self-esteem and confidence, low attendance, anti social behaviour, substance missuse, child protection issues, etc. I deliver parenting programmes to these families and complete direct work with children to help improve their futures.
Before my daughter was born I also cared for children with disabilities at playschemes which I helped organise including day trips and activities. I was the lead contact supervisor working with courts and CAFCASS for parents that may of had a family breakdown.

I have also worked as a nursery nurse for children aged 0 to 5 years, and adults with learning difficulties, autism and challenging behaviour.

I believe I am friendly, hard working and trustworthy. I have a currrent DBS police check and a full UK driving license and car.
