Emma, childminder in Scunthorpe

I'm a 17 year old girl, i'm a kind and caring person who is very respectable. I get on well with people of all ages, and very well with children. I always find the funnest way possible when keeping children busy and entertained. I have a very good sense of humour and always take the children's thoughts into account. I'm very fun but strict when needed. I'm also strict at bedtimes or find a way around getting children to sleep and stick to the set time given. I've had a lot of experience with babysitting for family and friends, reference's available if needed. I've looked after children from baby's up until teens. I also have experience with learning disabilities such as ADHD and children with anger problems. My sister also has a form of ADHD therefore i have grown up around and able to notify the best ways of punishment and making them listen to you. I'm also a good listener so if they are upset, i talk with them calmly and explain why something had happened or resolve the problem with them. I believe i will be good at this job because i dont have a bad temper with children and very patient and stick to rules well.
