Hi.
My name is Leigh and I started working with children when I was 14. I did voluntary placements in schools and nurseries and then worked as an adhoc nanny for a family. I still work for this family 10 years down the line. When j first started they had a 1 year old and 6 week old, the children are now 11, 10 and 5. I have them for odd day durations, over night and sometimes for a week whilst their parents go on holiday.
I have worked abroad for thomson and First Choice in their Kids Club and crèches.
I have been a live in nanny for a 1 and 2 year old and most recently have been an after school nanny.
I have an NVQ2 in Children's care, learning and development and am just in the process of completing my access to childminding course.
