Nazia, foreign au pair in Ashton-under-lyne

I am Nazia, 20years old the eldest child of 5 siblings, I have helped my parents from when I was a small age to care for my siblings and offer support when needed. My both parents work so majority of my time has been spent baby sitting my siblings. I love working and spending time with children I have done many voluntary work at nurseries and schools. Moreover I am a youth worker so I also run workshops and classes for youths In my local area for example helping out at sessions such as kick boxing and even running competition for youth such as talent shows. I have experience working with all ages so I wouldn't mind working with any age. Furthermore, my qualities as a child minder will be I am responsible adult, I always put the child needs before mine, moreover I have patience which is very vital when working with kids. In addition, I listen carefully to the children and make sure they know they are being heard too and not ignored, I am happy, cheerful and sociable girl who easily builds rapport with children.
