Charlotte, foreign au pair - B79 Tamworth

My name is Charlotte I am 20 years old and have worked in Childcare for just over 2 years. I studied Childcare level 3 while I was in college 2012-2014. I am looking for a nannying job. I am a very easy going person and very easy to talk to, however I make boundaries clear so the children know where they stand with me and know what is and isn't acceptable .
I am currently working at a childminders so I feel I have gained more qualities working here than i would have if I worked in a nursery e.g cooking, cleaning.
I love cooking and involving the children in these activities I make healthy nutritious meals.
I love finding new activities and experience for the children to take part in and will try anything . I feel it is important for children to take part in group activities so attending toddler group around Tamworth would be beneficial for them to gain social skills.
