Parise, foreign au pair - BB11 Burnley

Hello, my name is Parise I am 19 years old and recently gained a National Diploma in Children's Play, Learning and Development. During the time I was studying for this qualification I volunteered in a range of different childcare settings these included:
Baby rooms - where I looked after children aged 8 months - 2 years.
Toddler rooms - children aged 2-3 years.
Pre-school setting - children aged 3-4 years.
Reception class - children aged 4-5 years.
Year 2 class - Children aged 6-7 years.
From this experience I learnt a lot from the children, such as what activities they found enjoyable and I loved joining in myself.
I believe that I have a range of different qualities that would make me the perfect person to look after your children such as, patience. I am a very patient person and remain calm in stressful situations. I believe that it is very important to be patient with children whilst they are learning new skills and developing. I am a good listener and believe that it is very important to listen to the child and also get down to their eye level, so they know they are being listened to. I am a friendly person and always like to have a positive attitude.
