Selina, foreign au pair in Birmingham

My name is Selina i'm 25 and i'm a dedicated loving person. I adore children, well I must say I adore people in general. My career path started when I was 13, I used to look after my sickly cousin who later passed away from a rare Liver disease. This then led my to care for my grandmother which then opened doors to me working in the community with vulnerable adults. Looking after people is something I am truly passionate about. I always say it takes a special person to sincerely care about someone that does not belong to them.

I go to a church that is 2 miles from where i live and there is my place of worship and i also help with the children from ages 3 to 18. Recently in the year 2015 I was given the opportunity to go to Aberdeen Scotland and look after a little boy for 6 weeks whilst his dad went to work over seas.

Having this opportunity allowed me to encounter some of the best moments of my life honestly. See that genuine smile on his face when I picked him up from school was a blessing in disguise. My duties was to take him to school, pick him up from school, assist him to extra curriculum activities. I also helped him with homework when needed and taught him little things he needed to know.

My qualities as a child carer is Patience, i'm understanding, i'm fair and delivering. When I say delivering I mean delivers what is required. I am available to suit your needs.
