I have had experience working with children of all ages. When I was in upper school and college I had a total of three work placements working with children. The first was as a teaching assistant working with children aged 4-5 years old. The second was also as a teaching assistant working with children aged 2-5 years old. The third was as a nanny looking after a child aged 1 and a half years old. I have also been an occasional babysitter over the past three years for a family friend, her two children now aged 3 and 10 years old. I have been recently working as a SEN teaching assistant at primary school level. I am currently working as a child practitioner at a pre-school, working with children aged 2-4, this means that I have a valid and recent CRB check also. I am very passionate about working with children because I love the fact how honest and funny children are. I also enjoy watching a child grow, learn and develop, especially if this is something I can be a part of, to guide them onto the right path and to make a difference.
