My name is Olivia and I am 19 years old. I have a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and achieved Distinctions throughout. It was a two year course with 800 hours experience working in childcare settings from 0-8 including a special needs placement. I have done lots of voluntary work with children including working at a children's summer camp running sports activities and teaching ballet to pre-school aged children. Once a week I volunteer at a young person's vocal group where I will soon be teaching the 11-18 year olds how to record their own music and play guitar. I worked as an Au Pair in Spain for the past two summers with sole responsibily of two children aged 6 and 12. My main responsibilities with the children were to take them to swimming and music lessons, help them with homework and speak English with them, helping them to improve on learning the language. I also prepared simple meals for the girls. While I was in Spain I learnt basic Spanish as well that I have become very passionate about. I love singing and playing guitar and I shared my love of this with the girls both summers. I currently work in a nursery and a pre-school and am looking for more work in childcare as I enjoy working with children so much.

These can be discussed with parents depending on the situation but I have done some research on prices and for level I am qualified at, £12 is probably a standard rate per hour.
