Tia, foreign au pair - EC3N London

Hello all, my name is Tia and I am 19 years old. I have had a passion for working alongside children since a young age. I was a school counsellor both primary and secondary which shows my care and love about other individuals. I have baby sat for many friends and family since the age of 15, which shows I am trustworthy and reliable. I worked in a private nursery for just under a year in which I was caring for children ranging from birth up until 4 years old, some with behaviour problems, ranging from ADHD to serve austism and had them settled and ready for nursery within the space of a year by setting up routines and different communication methods. I have experience in changing nappies, feeding and cleaning children, setting up stimulating activities which are age appropriate and they are designed to help progress in the prime areas of the EYFS (PSED, language and communication and physical development) and I keep on top with health and safety issues at all times.
