My name is ella, I'm 19 years and I love working with children and babies. I have always been very involved in my 3 year time twin cousins lives, I cared for then twice a week for 2 years and I now care for them as & when my auntie needs the extra help.
I have a level 3 health and social care diploma qualification and have done numerous work experience placements in nurserys and children Centers; which I have always enjoyed and felt it something I've wanted to do from a young age.

I am a very patient individual and I am friendly too, when working with children I know communication is important so getting down to their level and talking to them clearly is important.
