Havana, foreign au pair in Exmouth

I have experience working with children aged three months to five years, I worked in a setting for a private company for four years whilst completing my level two and level three qualifications in childcare. I have a level 2 pediatric first aid qualification as well as a level 3 in leadership and management. I am a fun and outgoing person who believes that children need fun and enjoyment to develop and grow. I think its just as important to be as excited and enthusiastic as the children are when completing something, its important to celebrate all their achievements. I have a good knowledge of the Eyfs and the development areas when looking after children. I believe I can come up with exciting new ways to help the children grow in to themselves. I am a child of six so am used to being around children of all ages and believe it may give me an advantage when it comes to things such as sibling disputes. I am confident and outgoing with a passion for working with children to help them achieve their own goals and aspirations.
