Hello there!
I'm Charlotte ! I'm 21 years of age, (young for a private nanny, right?)
I would say I'm quite out-going and bubbly, as someone that has looked after children privately for over 5 years, worked with over 4 families and worked in nursery settings- I have a lot of experience. I have experience in children with autism, children that have ADHD, children that need medication every hour, creams.. set schedules. I have experience in it all!
I love to play games, hide and seek is my favourite! And even though I'm a girl.. I LOVE sports!
When I first started looking after children I found it quite hard to set rules and boundaries, but years later I'd consider myself fair and fun when it comes to rules!

I also believe it is important to have a good relationship with the children's parents, because of course they will want to know how their children are behaving and growing when not in their presence.
