I am a well mannered and responsible young adult, with a great deal of experience and interest with children and their development. A confident child carer with a mature approach with high energy levels and ability to develop close relationships and bonds with not only the children but all the family. Making sure I am always keeping a positive image to others helping guide the children. I love looking after children of all ages, having such a passion towards the work with children. From such a young age I have had such a maternal instinct enjoying every aspect. I am a firm believer in routines and being firm but fair, I am flexible with times and days willing to work the weekends and staying late or staying over if needed.
