i am a loving and caring middle-aged youngish-looking lady with 3 grown kids of my own. i have recently assisted my sister, a registered minder, in caring for kids (including a special-needs beautiful 5-year-old !) i love well-behaved children and that is probably why i am doing this - to try to bring loving discipline as well as excellent care and some fun to children whose parents perhaps have a bit on their plates presently. i am a christian and, must confess, biased in instilling christian morals/values in the kids i care for.
