I¨m active, professional and serious in my work and I can maintain a high work standards under pressure. During my work experience I improved my knowledge for different techniques and became highly competed in Teamwork, Communication skills, make decisions, empathy and closeness to the clients.
Since 2009 I worked Managing different Free time educative programs whit adult and young people looking do her education better, Improve her relates to others and transmitting basic values such us ; Respect, tolerance, healthy living and personal grew.
In the other hand I worked as a Lifeguard in “ Lalin Arena “ (Swimming pool) during more than six months. At the same time I Develop the swimming teacher activities whit children and adult people combined the first attention in emergencies whit the prevention and the teaching activities. I have a lot of experience in guide sport lessons; training routines, Sport circuits, gap, Muscle toning and reaffirmation body...etc.
In 2010 I started to work whit different schools in the Pontevedra Council during the school time improving a complete programme of extra.school activities that includes more than five schools and more than 60 children of different cities.
During all my life I collaborate as a volunteer in my local Rugby Club ( Coreti-Lalin Rugby Club) and playing in different Teams in my free time.
