Recently returning to the UK after 5 years living in the USA, I am eager to continue to gather experience caring for and working with children, as I prepare to embark upon a Masters in a related field. I have 4 years working part-time as a childcarer for children aged 2-11. I am down to earth and responsible, always prioritising the physical and emotional safety of your child. I know a babysitter is only a small part of a child's life, but I strive to make those few hours feel friendly, engaging, and supportive.
I have worked as a part-time babysitter in the US for 4 years now. My rate for the past 2 years has been $15-20 in rural and urban environments. Accounting for the difference in cost of living and culture, I have set my requested (open to negotiation) pay per hour at £9. I am well experienced and well equipped to care for your child as well as help with homework, housework, and other needs.
