I'm currently in Sixth Form studying history and politics (from 9-3 so would be ideal to provide after school or weekend care) and have a place to go on to university. I'm looking for this sort of work as it could fit around my school timetable and I find looking after children enjoyable. I'd happily help with children's school work and do have experience with children as I am leader of my local Brownie Guide Group (and have been for the past 3 years). From this I know lots of games and know how to keep children occupied (especially but not exclusively girls). I have coached and played sport in the past so if your children are interested in outdoor activities I am capable when it comes to that, however I am also very competent using technology so can suit slightly older children who sway more in that direction. I do not drive yet however plan to, I am prepared to do household tasks along with caring for children and I'm no 'Masterchef' but I can cook.
Occasional babysitting | $5.50 per hour |
Partial / after-school care | $5.60 per hour |
I work for the Minimum Wage as I only work part time and do not feel it necessary to charge more. I generally charge this when it comes to caring for 1 or 2 children.
