Emma, foreign au pair - IV2 Inverness

Hi my name is Emma and I live in Inverness. While I was in school I spent my time volunteering in a number of childcare settings. During the summer of 2013 and 2014 I spent 5 weeks volunteering at Les Enfants Nursery, working over 120 hours each summer. As well as studying for my highers I volunteered at my local primary school, Drakies Primary. I also helped at my local brownie unit for 2 years.

In leaving school I began studying a degree but then was unable to complete so I began working in Les Enfants Nursery in September 2014 and gained my SVQ3 qualification. This summer I was due to start working for Thomson as a kids rep abroad however a few problems arised that have led me staying here and now looking for employment through looking after children here.

I am a creative and active person and have a strong interest in musical theatre and have participated in shows in eden court and am rehearsing for Grease in August 2017 .
