I have always valued working as a team supporting the staff as well as the children, with my experience of working in childcare for five years, I have excellent communication skills as well as had the opportunity of working with children aged between four months- five years, ensuring that they are cared for in a happy, safe, as well as providing stimulating play. I am passionate about providing first class childcare and ensuring that every child has a good day, leaving with a smile on their faces. I am a hard worker and like to ensure good practice, from planning quality activities, to communicating with all parents and liaising with other staff.
