Hello im Charlie im 20 years old and i live in Plymstock, Plymouth.

Im a friendly and socialable person and see myself as very outgoing and confident, im very reliable and active and believe this is the best way to be, especially when working with children. I am the oldest of 4 siblings and 16 grandchildren, most of them are under the age of 9 and i have done my fair share of looking after them. I understand that children need structure and skills to devlop. i enjoy the company of children and love helping them to reach goals and to help boost their confidence! I Am currently working at Jack and Jills nursery Radford for 4 1/2 days a week and have volunteered there since 2010, i am looking for some work over the half terms, evenings and weekends.
