Ella, foreign au pair in Poole BH15

I am a friendly, outgoing individual who has always had a passion for looking after children. I enjoy interacting and developing the child's skills. I find it very easy to communicate with them and getting them to understand. The type of care that I am looking for is full time, where I can build relationships with the children, help them explore their creative skills and their independence. I have worked in 2 different preschool/nursery where I have gained many activity and games ideas that I can use with the children to develop them emotionally and physically. I have also got experience with working away from home with children at a summer camp. I learnt many different creative activities and games from children in America. I encourage learning with most games to show the children that it's fun to learn new things.
