My name is laura. I am 22 years of age soon to ne 23. I adore working with children I am a very family orientated person and have alot of younger children around me on a daily basis. I have worked in childcare for just over a year and in that time I started as a trainee and ended as a key worker looking after a group of children aged from 3 months to 1 year. I also have experience with children aged up to 4 years old. Whilst working in the nursery I would plan daily activities to suit each individual childs needs, general welfare of the children I.e preparing breakfast lunch and dinner, making sure the children have clean nappies, clothes etc, and making sure every childs parents/ guardians were involved in their childs journey whilst in my care. I strive on watching children grow and learn new skills and nothing pleases me more then knowing I was apart of this.
I live in the portsmouth area. I do not drive but I am more then happy to use public transport at anytime.
If parents allow me to I would love to take children to the park, libary etc and do lots of fun activities with them.
