Rachel, foreign au pair - SA9 Ystradgynlais

My name is Rachel and i am 26 years of age. I have a level 3 CACHE diploma in childcare and various certificates such as first aid, food hygiene and child protection. I have been in my current job as a nursery nurse for almost 5 years, but i also have previous short term childcare roles prior. I have 2 nieces and 1 nephew and they range in age, so i am used to being around many children on a daily basis. I am ideally looking for permanent employment, with a good rate of pay. I am very hard working and trustworthy and i am very easy to get along with. I have a bubbly and friendly nature and have the correct demeanor when speaking and being around children. I am used to preparing snacks and changing nappies and looking after children's daily care within a routine, from my current job. I encourage children to engage in many activities such as messy play, using paints, sand, water to physical activities such as out in the garden on the climbing frame, bikes etc. I am very used to reading stories and singing songs, and generally having a bit of quiet time.
