My name is Kelsey and I am 19 years old. As a supportive, caring and proactive individual with experience in a local Nursery setting, I am looking for an opportunity to start and develop a career in Childcare. Having passed my Level 3 course, Children and Young People’s Workforce, I am eager to have more training and learn from experienced team members and additional courses. I am a friendly easy going young person who is committed to helping children thrive and get the best start in life. I am well organised, punctual, polite and enthusiastic person with a warm and positive approach, lots of creative ideas and a willingness to work as part of a team as well as working alone. I have good ICT and literacy skills. I am fully aware of the various child safety issuses and how to address them.
