My name is Gemma , I am 21 years old and I have just graduated from Canterbury Christ Church University with a degree in Film, Radio and Television Production. I have been volunteering with the girl guiding community for the past 8 years so I have a lot of experience with caring for children and helping and watching them grow. Girl guiding also offers the children chances to go away on holidays with the leaders so I have experience with dealing with children 24/7 without their parents around. I am very passionate about caring for children, I love to watch help them learn and help them grow into amazing people. I am a fun loving, but also strict child carer. I want them to enjoy their childhood and their time with me but I don't like to watch them get carried away. I have had to deal with a lot of various children over the past 8 years so there isn't much I can't deal with.
